Chirps and tweets from the studio...

So it is spring apparently-- and there have been a couple of days of sun and warmth. Wanting more!
​In the studio we have had drop-in classes every week- lots of ongoing wonderful projects- and spring classes and workshops are beginning.
The first "Focus on" workshop was this morning - on Birds- what a lot of fun with great artists. Below are some pictures of their  work, not finished but still looking good...
​The second group will be on Friday--- more photos then:)

And on my easel--- finishing up "Julia's Repose"- oil 24 x 48, and working on the 'Autumn Leaves' oil painting.  
'Shall we Dance' (mixed media) and'Julia's Repose' have been entered in the TOSH 150 My Canada show. Perhaps one will be accepted...

Also I am exploring encaustics,  more cold wax and oil paintings as well as other mixed media collage pieces. I will post more photos as I complete some of these exciting projects...
